The PlanMission Statement
The mission is to enhance State Route 63 and 741, to create focus areas each contributing to the corridors identity, collaborate with current and future plans, highlight key recommendations and improvements, and increase the quality of life within the corridor. Vision Statement The Turtlecreek Crossroads Plan is planned to re-envision the corridor into a destination that supports and unites the surrounding neighborhoods. The corridor plans on serving an expansive amount of users while also implementing a wide array of amenities including transportation, recreational, the preservation and creation of wildlife habitat, and igniting business developments. A corridor plan was formed to address this estimated growth within the study area. The purpose of The Turtlecreek Crossroads Plan is to create a system that will support the projected population increase, strengthen existing and planned communities, support the growth of future businesses, effectively manage corridor traffic, and compliment current corridor plans to make this study area a unique destination for Ohio's largest playground, Warren County. The mission is to enhance State Route 63 and 741, to create focus areas each contributing to the corridor's identity, collaborate with current and future plans, highlight key recommendations and improvements, and increase safety and quality of life within the corridor. The reason for the Crossroads plan is to:
